Program Manager

Note: Active PMP cert is REQUIRED! Minimum 3 days on site but can vary which days depending on meeting schedules.

Skills:
Experience in program management, product ownership, IT modernization, or enterprise delivery roles or equivalent combination.
Process reengineering & mapping experience.
Experience consistently driving on-time delivery by establishing clear milestones, proactively managing cross-division dependencies.
Exp with ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned on schedule commitments.
Experience leading multi-division, high-visibility technology or modernization initiatives.
Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Planner, or similar Agile work-management platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Project, and PowerBI.
Hands on professional to support teams and management navigate through significant processes changes.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise initiative, and demonstrate professionalism and dependability.
Active PMP (pls upload under copy).

Nice to have:
CSM and SAFe certs.
Experience with banking platforms and Oracle a plus, or similar ERPs.
Experience with Revenue collections and /or cash management cycles and tools.
CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL Foundation, or other Agile/product credentials.
