Need Technical Program Manager(ERP)      Los Angeles, CA

Job Description:-

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementation. The TPM will be responsible for overall program planning, governance, execution, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery through go-live and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP program planning, execution, and governance.

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.

•  Coordinate business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors.

•  Drive executive communications, status reporting, and steering committees.

•  Oversee testing, data conversion, integrations, cutover, and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.

•  Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Oracle ERP Cloud.

•  Strong experience managing system integrators and cross-functional teams.

•   Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred

•   Experience in retail industry.

•  Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, including Lectra Kubix, is a plus.
