Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager, Microsoft 365 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft 365, product lifecycle management, and enterprise software deployment and a proven ability to define product strategy, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Microsoft 365 portfolio, including Copilot Acceleration initiatives.


• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements and translate them into clear, prioritized feature sets and justifications.


• Partner with engineering, supply chain, marketing, support, and vendor management to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals.


• Lead product planning and execution across the lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and adoption.


• Develop core positioning and messaging and coordinate marketing campaigns and communications.


• Deliver monthly metrics on volumes, savings, expenses, and forecasts and ensure service adoption forecasts are met.


• Run beta and POC programs for early-stage capabilities and perform demos and training for customers.


• Manage budgets, pricing, and financial levers to meet recovery and performance targets and secure funding as needed.


• Coordinate with external vendors and internal vendor management to support contract negotiations and delivery outcomes.


• Monitor the competitive landscape and act as a subject-matter expert for alternative and competing products.


• Deliver clear, organized presentations to stakeholders at all levels across a large, regulated financial services enterprise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven product management expertise across new product development, testing, and deployment.


• Experience with Microsoft products, including Microsoft 365 and SCCM, and proficiency with software deployment and lifecycle processes.


• Strong analytics with proficiency in large data sets using Excel and SQL.


• Excellent executive communication, presentation, influencing, and problem-resolution skills.


• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate across audiences with varying technical depth.


• Familiarity with JIRA and ITSM practices.


• Information Technology professional with 10+ years of experience, including 7+ years in Product Management.


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Product Management certification.


• Experience in a highly regulated financial institution.


• Six Sigma knowledge or achievement.
