Working Student Launch Operations (m/f/d)

Mission Brief

As Working Student Launch Operations, you’ll join the team in Germany that shapes how our missions come to life. From the moment a campaign is conceived, we are aligning global launch sites, synchronizing teams and defining the operational path that ultimately determines how—and whether—the rocket leaves the ground. 

Your Role in Our Space Mission: 

• Support the effort to improve our concept of operations based on recent learnings and cross-reference with other sources of truth such as the operations flow. 
• Develop a strategy to improve the campaign meetings 
• Develop concepts to improve overall efficiency of all operational aspects of test and launch campaigns (e.g. automation of processes) 
• Support the Launch Operations, Germany team in scaling our operations for future launch cadences 

Qualification Checklist 

• Currently enrolled as Bachelor or Master student in relevant engineering field 
• Comfortable working self‑sufficiently and adapting quickly to highly dynamic environments 
• Motivated to be part of a newly formed team 
• Experience with project management or operating a system 
• Fluent in English

• Experience with Jira and Confluence 
• Fluent in German
