Pay Range: $100 - $112/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and related automation capabilities.
• Develop reusable flows, subflows, and custom actions for enterprise-scale use cases.
• Translate business and operational processes into automated workflows, eliminating manual coordination.
• Embed governance rules and approval models into workflow logic to enforce compliance.
• Build workflows supporting change lifecycle and incident management processes.
• Design workflows with error handling, retry, and fallback logic to ensure automation reliability.
• Monitor workflow performance and continuously improve to reduce cycle time and eliminate inefficiencies.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Experience supporting service-centric or service-aware operating models.
• Familiarity with governance automation and policy-as-code concepts.
• Background in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing workflows in Client Flow Designer or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and process automation principles.
• Proven ability to build scalable and reliable automation in enterprise environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into automated solutions.
