Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Install, configure, maintain, and support enterprise content management environments across development, testing, and production environments.
Develop and maintain application scripts, reports, workflows, and content management components to support business requirements and operational processes.
Troubleshoot application and environment issues, perform testing and validation, and coordinate resolution of technical problems across development and infrastructure teams.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to implement enhancements, maintain documentation, and support deployments and ongoing application operations.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	3–5 years of experience developing, configuring, and supporting enterprise content management applications and related environments.
Technical Skills	OpenText Content Server, OpenText Archive Server, OpenText Directory Services, OpenText Exstream, OScript, Web Reports, Live Reports, web services, IIS, Apache, JavaScript, HTML, .NET, SQL, application configuration, scripting, enterprise content management.
Business / Domain Skills	Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs. Experience supporting government enterprise content management environments, including document management, records management, archival processes, information governance, and business content workflows. Experience developing and supporting government document and records-processing solutions, including content capture, storage, retrieval, archival, reporting, and controlled access to business information. Experience working with government agency stakeholders and enterprise application teams to support content management requirements, system implementations, operational workflows, and ongoing application enhancements.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
