What you will do

• Strives to meet customer expectations with each interaction.
• Receives customer product orders by phone and email.
• Solicits sale of new or additional products by phone and email.
• Practices good interpersonal relations, using tact, courtesy, a positive
• Liaison between the customer and OneSource departments, including credit
• Determines make, type, and quality of merchandise desired by being familiar
• Identifies and uses appropriate company and/or customer pricing systems.
• Describes or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
• Provides oral and written quotations or estimates of prices, terms, and
• Prepares cash or charge sales tickets with required identification, necessary
• Estimates date of delivery to customers, based on knowledge of own firm's
• Purchases materials following approved purchasing procedures.
• Reviews of complaints concerning billing or products sold, referring to
• Prepare correspondence and reports necessary for business transactions.
• Recognize when special pricing is required and provide competitive pricing.
• Follow up on all quotations to write the order or receive input for use in
• Acquires, uses, and continuously develops personal technical knowledge of

What you will bring

• Associate’s degree (A. A.) and two to four years related experience and
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Ability to run and maintain projects.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals,
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from
• Ability to perform math functions representative of the job such as;

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Required to sit, speak, hear, read, type, use close and distance vision

(about 5-8 hours per shift).

• This position works in a normal office environment as well as a warehouse

Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. while working in the office.

The noise level in the warehouse environment is usually moderate and temperature can change based on the season.

• Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking

Location: Fullerton, CA

Work hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary Range

• This is a non-exempt position and pays between $27.12 – $40.67 per hour. This
