Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a position in Monongahela, PA Job Duties:

• Comfortable with incoming phone calls, processing orders, and assisting the outside sales team - Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively - Act as a liaison with shipping department and back order management - Confirms processing costs and orders; and tracks and expedites sales as required - Dispatches customer orders when ready; locates trucks, ships and tracks customer orders - Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM, in-office position Job Requirements:
