GAAP and
QuickBooks Online
, who also holds a
Notary Public commission. Prior experience in construction accounting or progress billing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.
Provide Notary Public services for lien waivers, contracts, and legal documents.
Assist with job costing, progress invoicing, and tracking project budgets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper using QuickBooks Online.
Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Active Notary Public commission.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in construction accounting (e.g., AIA billing, job costing) is a major plus.
