Job Description :

•             Configure and maintain ServiceNow Event Management capabilities for Google Cloud Platform observability use cases.

•             Implement client-defined event normalization, correlation, and alert management requirements.

•             Configure event rules, alert rules, and automated incident creation workflows.

•             Ensure proper CI association and CMDB alignment for incoming cloud events.

•             Configure and support integrations between Google Cloud Platform, Pub/Sub, and ServiceNow.

•             Implement event enrichment and operational workflows required by support teams.

•             Support testing and validation of event processing, alert generation, and incident creation.

•             Develop dashboards and operational views to support monitoring and service health visibility.

•             Troubleshoot integration, event processing, and alerting issues.

•             Support production deployment, stabilization, and continuous platform improvement activities.
