Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-level .NET applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and Agile development. This role requires technical leadership, solution design, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade .NET applications.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using .NET technologies.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor and guide development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in architecture discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in .NET application development.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Experience designing and developing Microservices and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with messaging technologies like Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage.
• Knowledge of Identity Management (OAuth, JWT, Azure AD).
• Microsoft Azure or .NET certifications are a plus.
• Experience leading distributed development teams.

Education

• Bachelor''''s or Master''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
