Job Description

Strong hands-on expertise in Figma, including components, prototyping and design systerns.

Digital-banking case studies commonly demonstrate Figma-based wireframes, interactive prototypes and component-driven design.

Strong knowledge of User Research, User Flows, Journey Mapping, information Architecture, Wireframing and Prototyping.

Experience designing banking journeys such as onboarding, authentication, account dashboards, payments/transfers, carda and transaction history.

Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile-first design.

Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable Ul components.

Knowledge of accessibility standards, preferably WCAG 2.1 AA

Ability to simplify complex banking workflows into intuitive customer experiences.

Strong skills in usability testing, design validation and incorporating user feedback.

Excellent stakeholder communication and design presentation skills.

Understanding of UX considerations for secure and regulated financial products.
