Job Description

We are seeking a Senior RAN Performance Analyst - Looker with strong experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) performance analytics and Google Looker/Looker Studio. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing RAN performance data, monitoring telecom KPIs and network counters, identifying service-impacting issues, and developing dashboards that provide actionable insights for network optimization.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of 4G/LTE and 5G NR, RAN performance metrics, network optimization, and telecom analytics, along with hands-on experience building interactive dashboards and reports using Looker.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze RAN performance KPIs, counters, and network statistics.
• Identify network performance degradation, coverage issues, capacity constraints, and service-impacting issues.
• Analyze performance trends and provide data-driven recommendations for RAN optimization.
• Support initiatives to improve network quality, reliability, and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain interactive Looker/Looker Studio dashboards and reports.
• Perform data visualization, trend analysis, and executive-level reporting.
• Transform large telecom datasets into meaningful operational and business insights.
• Collaborate with RAN Engineering, Network Operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Track network performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to engineering and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of Telecom/RAN experience.
• Strong understanding of 4G/LTE and 5G NR RAN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RAN KPIs, counters, performance statistics, and network optimization.
• Strong experience with Google Looker / Looker Studio.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and performance analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical network data into actionable business insights.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Verizon telecom domain experience - Mandatory.

Preferred

• Experience with large-scale telecom datasets.
• Experience supporting network quality and customer-experience initiatives.
• Experience working directly with RAN Engineering and Network Operations teams.
• Knowledge of telecom performance reporting and executive dashboards.

Mandatory Skills

RAN + Looker/Looker Studio + Telecom Domain + Verizon Experience.
