Job Title: Senior Primavera P6 Construction Scheduler

Location: Indianapolis, IN (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months
Visa: USC

Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Primavera P6 Construction Scheduler to support a major, large-scale $500M+ construction program in Indianapolis, IN. This role requires 100% onsite presence and involves comprehensive hands-on management of cost and resource-loaded master schedules, baseline updates, progress tracking, and Time Impact Analysis (TIA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Master Schedule Ownership: Lead and own the development, baseline setting, and routine maintenance of comprehensive Primavera P6 master schedules for $500M+ heavy civil/commercial construction programs.
  • Cost & Resource Loading: Build and manage fully integrated cost and resource-loaded schedules, monitoring cash flow, labor curves, equipment allocation, and earned value management (EVM).
  • Time Impact Analysis (TIA): Perform formal TIAs and schedule delay analyses to evaluate change orders, claims, scope additions, and project delays.
  • Progress Tracking & Reporting: Lead weekly schedule updates, critical path analyses, variance reporting, and look-ahead schedules with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Present high-level schedule health metrics, milestone tracking, and delay risk mitigation plans to executive leaders, clients, and program directors.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 7–10+ years of experience in construction scheduling on major commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or heavy civil programs.
  • Program Scale: Proven track record managing $500M+ capital construction programs.
  • Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with Primavera P6 Professional/Enterprise.
  • Onsite Presence: Must live in or be willing to relocate to Indianapolis, IN for 100% onsite daily coverage.
  • TIA Expertise: Hands-on experience executing formal Time Impact Analyses (TIA) for delay claims and change management.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship ( / Permanent Resident).
