Job Title: Agentic AI / NLP Specialist
Location: New Jersey, NJ

Role Summary:

We are seeking 4 highly skilled Agentic AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) specialists to design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions for a major financial institution. You will work directly with the end client to integrate autonomous AI agents and NLP models into enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agents to solve complex business problems.
Build and fine-tune NLP models for text classification, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and document processing.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (APIs, databases) and existing LLM frameworks.
Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to evaluate model performance and ensure responsible AI practices.
Optimize models for scalability, latency, and accuracy in a production environment.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
Experience deploying AI models in enterprise environments.
Ability to work onsite at JP Morgan offices as required.
