Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy, and client-facing Senior Oracle SCM EBS/Fusion Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management, specifically within Order Management (OM). The ideal candidate will possess 12+ years of Oracle SCM functional consulting experience with hands-on knowledge of both Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments. You have successfully delivered multiple end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations, led requirements gathering workshops, conducted fit-gap analysis sessions, designed functional solutions, and collaborated closely with technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. You are comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, leading client discussions, producing functional documentation, conducting testing activities, and driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle SCM functional workstreams with a primary focus on Order Management (OM).
• Gather business requirements and conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders.
• Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend Oracle best-practice solutions.
• Create and maintain BR50, MD50, BR100, Functional Design Documents, Process Flows, and Solution Design documentation.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle EBS SCM modules.
• Work closely with technical, integration, reporting, and development teams.
• Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and solution walkthroughs.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution activities.
• Support deployment, go-live, post-production stabilization, and end-user adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of Oracle SCM Functional Consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Order Management (OM).
• Hands-on experience with both Oracle Fusion SCM and Oracle EBS SCM.
• Experience with Procurement and Inventory modules.
• 3-4+ full lifecycle end-to-end Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS SCM implementations.
• Extensive experience with Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis, Business Process Mapping, and Solution Design.
• Hands-on experience creating BR50, MD50, BR100, and other functional documentation.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with offshore and onshore technical teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.

Travel Requirement: This is a remote position; however, up to 50% travel may be required based on client and project needs. All business-related travel expenses, including airfare, accommodations, meals, and transportation, will be fully covered by Maini Consulting.
Compensation:

• Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 annually
• Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
