Position Overview

We are seeking a strong Microsoft Copilot SME / Architect / Lead with hands-on expertise in Copilot setup, configuration, connectors, and enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate should have experience integrating Microsoft Copilot with enterprise applications such as Veeva, Workday, and other business platforms.

Primary Skills

• Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio: 2–3+ years

• Copilot Setup, Configuration & Connectors: Hands-on experience

• Conversational AI Development: 2–3+ years

• Custom & Standard Connectors: 3+ years

• Veeva / Workday Integrations: Strongly preferred

• APIs, REST, OAuth & Data Integration: 5+ years

• Microsoft Graph & Azure Services

• Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate / Power Apps: 3+ years

• Python: 2–3+ years preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio.

• Build and configure standard and custom connectors.

• Integrate Copilot with Veeva, Workday, and enterprise applications.

• Develop conversational AI capabilities including intents, entities, adaptive cards, prompts, tools, and agent flows.

• Work with REST APIs, OAuth, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and enterprise security.

• Support enterprise-scale Copilot deployment, governance, and configuration.
