Python Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications and backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
• Develop backend services using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews.
• Work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployments.
• Monitor application performance and optimize code and database queries.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.
• Follow best practices for security, performance, scalability, and version control.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python 3.x.
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of unit testing and test automation.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
