Job Summary:
Seeking a NICE CXone Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience designing, developing and integrating NICE CXone contact center solutions.

Key Skills:

  • NICE CXone development & configuration

  • 7+ years of Contact Center/CCaaS experience with significant hands-on experience in NICE CXOne.

  • IVR / Studio / Call Flows

  • ACD, Routing, Queues & Skills

  • APIs & System Integrations

  • CRM / Salesforce integrations

  • Digital / Voice / Chat channels

  • Reporting, Analytics & Troubleshooting

  • Lead-level design and technical guidance
