SC Scrum Master<br />Location: London Duration: 3 months + UMBRELLA only Additional information:<br />* Existing Security Clearance (SC) is required, or you must be willing to go through SC).

Hiring for a reputed client, this is an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Master who enjoys helping teams perform at their best-through clear Agile ways of working, strong facilitation, and practical problem-solving.

What you'll be doing:<br />* Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives<br />* Coach the team in Agile practices, ensuring consistent adoption across the project<br />* Remove blockers and impediments impacting delivery and sprint goals<br />* Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritisation, and refinement activities<br />* Promote self-organisation and empower the team to take ownership of delivery<br />* Monitor and report on sprint progress (including velocity, burndown, delivery metrics, and sprint reports)<br />* Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional team members and stakeholders<br />* Resolve conflicts and protect the team from external disruptions<br />* Maintain transparency of work using Agile tools (e.g.
