Sales Director - Consumer Product Testing (Remote)

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing seeks a Sales Director with 4+ years of experience in consumer product testing sales to drive business development and revenue growth. This remote role involves full-cycle sales management, pipeline generation, and account expansion within the softlines and hardlines testing sector.

Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective clients through inbound inquiries and targeted outreach campaigns
Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and align Eurofins solutions accordingly
Navigate full-cycle sales engagements leveraging Eurofins' global capabilities
Identify upselling opportunities and manage revenue forecasting within existing accounts
Conduct periodic performance reviews with key clients and resolve service escalations
Requirements
4+ years in business development, sales, or account management within consumer product testing
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and growth targets
Knowledge of quality management systems, accreditation standards, and product safety protocols
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Scoro or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills with hunter mindset and negotiation ability
