Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000+ On Target Earnings
Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's growth objectives and market opportunities. Recruit, onboard, and mentor top-tier sales talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of skilled professionals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and development.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create and execute effective lead generation and conversion strategies. Facilitate ongoing training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team, promoting a culture of learning and growth. Ability to build and maintain a robust recruiting pipeline through strategic networking and outreach. Experience in conducting sales meetings, training sessions, and productivity workshops. Ability to develop and implement repeatable processes for lead management and conversion tracking.
