We're hiring for an established player in the energy infrastructure sector, dedicated to advancing the energy transition through the construction and modernization of substations. The Role

• Install steel structures for medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
• Mount high and medium voltage equipment and electrical systems, including terminals, insulators, and cable assemblies.
• Perform assembly and disassembly of bolted and crimped connections, as well as pipe and cable installations.
• Update and revise engineering plans with detailed markings.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of energy transition goals.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven experience in locksmithing, ideally from construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or related industries.
• Experience with electrical systems is a plus.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to sites using your own vehicle.
• Readiness for regular travel for assignments (Monday-Thursday) within southeastern Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work approach.
