• Rental Sales Representative Position Purpose

Rental Sales Representative Essential Functions

• Achieves and maintains excellent product knowledge through sales schools and self-study
• Develops and continues to improve interpersonal and sales skills through continuous professional development
• Establishes and maintains personal relationships with customers by determining customer needs and the best way to satisfy those needs
• Acts as Liaison between KSMI and customers in all aspects of customer relations
• Ensures that all aspects of Sales and Rental transactions are correct and completed on time
• Identifies prospects in the territory and works on developing and enlarging the customer base in the territory
• Ensures consistent and reliable on-site attendance
• Rental Sales Representative Qualifications
• Three (3) years of construction equipment sales or related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various web-based applications
• Adept at organizing, planning, and task completion to manage a high volume of department paperwork

Rental Sales Representative Physical Requirements

• Pushing/Pulling/Lifting/Carrying up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Must be able to work in extreme heat or cold and wet, damp, dusty, or windy conditions and tolerate exposure to typical noises, hazardous materials, and fumes/odors
• Ability to adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) policy and maintain individual PPE
