We are seeking an experienced DevOps (ELK/Grafana) Engineer with 7+ years of experience in DevOps, observability, data analytics, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with the Elastic Stack, Grafana, Kafka, Redis, Power BI, Python/Java, REST APIs, and CI/CD.

The candidate will be responsible for developing telemetry-driven reporting solutions, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level metrics while collaborating closely with Engineering, DevOps, Security, Platform, and Governance teams.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, engineering, data analytics, or related technology roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Elasticsearch
  • Logstash
  • Kibana
  • Grafana
  • Power BI
  • Kafka
  • Redis
• Strong programming experience with Python and/or Java.
• Experience with REST APIs, log ingestion, and streaming data pipelines.
• Experience with SDLC, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Cloud environments.
• Strong SQL and data analytics skills.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Ability to translate platform telemetry, engineering metrics, and controls into actionable business insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop SDLC control reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and executive metrics.
• Integrate and analyze data from Elastic Stack, Kafka, Redis, and enterprise data sources.
• Build automated data ingestion, log ingestion, and reporting pipelines using APIs and related technologies.
• Analyze platform telemetry to identify:
  • Trends
  • Compliance gaps
  • Exceptions
  • Operational risks
  • Actionable insights
• Establish and maintain data quality, reconciliation, metric definitions, and reporting accuracy.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for engineering and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Security, Platform, and Governance teams.
• Support continuous improvement of observability, reporting, and DevSecOps processes.
• Ensure reporting solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business and engineering requirements.
