Job Description

Role: Senior Technical Project Manager 
Location: Atlanta,GA
Employment Type: Contract C2C
Duration: Longterm

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise security and compliance programs.
Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Drive project governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive-level reporting.
Coordinate security, infrastructure, cloud, compliance, and application teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Establish project plans, milestones, KPIs, RAID logs, and communication strategies.
Ensure adherence to PMO standards and Agile/Waterfall project delivery methodologies.

Required Experience:
Candidates should have hands-on experience leading one or more of the following enterprise initiatives:
Enterprise Vulnerability Remediation Program
Identity Modernization (SSO/MFA)
Secrets Management Rollout
SOC 2 Certification
ISO 27001 Implementation
HIPAA Compliance Programs
GDPR Readiness
FedRAMP Preparation
Secure SDLC Rollout
Enterprise Incident Management Capability
Third-Party Risk Management
Cloud Security for Enterprise Cloud Migrations
Enterprise Security Tooling Deployments

Required Skills:
Strong Technical Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, and compliance standards.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
Expertise in project planning and reporting tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or similar.
Experience with risk management, budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management.

Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud security.
Familiarity with enterprise security tools, IAM platforms, SIEM, vulnerability management, and GRC solutions.
Experience working with global teams and large enterprise environments.
