Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in payment systems, payment integrations, and legacy-to-cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of end-to-end payment processing and experience working with technical teams to modernize legacy payment applications and integrations into cloud-based platforms.

The BSA will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, and external partners throughout the migration lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with payment systems and payment integrations.
• Experience working on legacy application modernization or legacy-to-cloud migration projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payment transaction processing.
• Experience with APIs, REST/SOAP services, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
• Strong requirements gathering and technical documentation skills.
• Experience analyzing application dependencies and data flows.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
