Category Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze category performance, market trends, shopper behavior, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.


• Translate complex data into meaningful insights, actionable recommendations, and compelling business stories.


• Support shelf planning, space planning, and planogram development to optimize product placement and category performance.


• Develop and communicate data-driven recommendations to support category strategies and business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret multiple data points and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.


• Experience in at least one of the following areas:
  
  
  
  • Category Management & Space Planning: Shelf planning, space optimization, planograms, or category analytics.
  
  
  • Data Analytics & Shopper Insights: Trend analysis, shopper behavior, consumer insights, storytelling, or user story development.
  
  
  
  


• Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, strategic thinking, and willingness to learn across different areas of category management.

Pay rate:
$32/hr-$35/hr
