The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives for employees across multiple distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and implement strategic recruitment plans.
• Lead and develop an HR team dedicated to building and supporting a high-performing operations workforce.
• Collaborate with distribution leadership to implement HR processes and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Drive recruitment efforts for key distribution centers.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory HR role.
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a distribution or warehouse environment.
