Job Description

Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc., a leader in cable carriers and machine protection systems for manufacturing, seeks a Manager, Human Resources to support our growing operations. In this role, you will lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and training. You will partner with plant and regional leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, drive continuous improvement in HR processes, and support a culture of safety, teamwork, and innovation. This position will also oversee benefits administration and HR reporting to ensure a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for manufacturing and corporate roles
  • Manage employee relations, coaching managers on performance and discipline
  • Oversee performance management processes and development planning
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and company policies
  • Administer benefits and support employee questions and issue resolution
  • Develop and deliver training on HR policies, leadership, and safety culture
  • Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and documentation for audits
  • Support organizational development, engagement, and change initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to align HR programs with business goals
  • Continuously improve HR processes and tools for efficiency and impact
