The Role • Champion a genuine safety culture that prioritizes employee well-being and leader accountability. • Advocate for a positive employee experience, identifying and escalating risks to engagement and retention. • Collaborate on the development of department goals, ensuring consistent policy interpretation and facilitating necessary training. • Execute and support communication and change campaigns for strategic HR and business priorities. • Lead employee relations investigations, partnering with internal stakeholders and providing recommendations. • Support recruitment, staffing, retention strategies, onboarding, and performance management processes. What You'll Need • Minimum of 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a professional, non-administrative capacity. • Proven experience consulting with and advising management teams. • Strong foundation in core HR fundamentals, including familiarity with employment legislation (e.g., ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, Title VII). • Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and effective presentation skills. • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • A valid driver's license with a good motor vehicle record.
