Job Description
- Ten (10) years of experience in technical delivery management, service delivery management, or program management for external customers under contract.
- Demonstrated experience owning multiple concurrent engagements with accountability for schedule, budget, and margin.
- Demonstrated experience delivering a technology solution, product, or platform through full lifecycle to production and into sustained operation.
- Demonstrated experience leading data modernization, application modernization, or digital transformation programs, including the legacy system replacement, migration, and cutover that those programs require.
- Experience driving the organizational readiness, change management, and adoption a transformation program depends on to deliver its value.
- Experience owning service level commitments and leading escalation and recovery on engagements that were off track.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including off-shore delivery resources.
- Experience both leading others and performing delivery work directly.
- Experience with public sector, SLED (state, local, and education), or higher-education clients preferred, not required.
- Certifications
- Project, program, or service management certification required (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL, or equivalent).
- Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) preferred.
