Operations Lead Analyst

Pay Range: $26 - $28.76/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and triage client requests and issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs and contractual terms.
• Communicate risks and statuses of owned clients and processes to leadership teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners, including Account Management, IT, and Quality Teams.
• Provide training and mentoring for new team members and contingent resources.
• Assist in the development of new processes and operational input, ensuring compliance with organizational SOPs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 0-3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred; or 5-7 years of equivalent work experience with a HS/GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Preferred experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and benefit set-up knowledge.
