Job Summary
As the Inventory Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the company\'s inventory operations. Responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain, you will ensure that our clients\' products are delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain effective inventory control and management systems
• Oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facilities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
• Coordinate with the import/export logistics team to ensure seamless movement of international shipments
• Analyze inventory data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain efficiency
• Develop and execute strategies to minimize inventory waste and optimize inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, warehouse management, and import/export procedures
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and data analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)

Working Conditions
This position is based in a warehouse environment and may involve occasional weekend or evening work to accommodate fluctuations in business needs. The successful candidate must be able to navigate the warehouse, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Compensation
$25 per hour (DOE)
