The consultant needs to gather requirements and design, develop, deploy, document, integrate, and troubleshoot Genesys Cloud voice/contact-center solutions.\n\nThe biggest differentiator is the combination of Genesys Cloud + Salesforce integration + CTI + WFM + Analytics.|\n\nCore responsibilities:\n\n Gather business/technical requirements.\n Design, develop and deploy voice solutions in Genesys Cloud.\n Design/document call flows.\n Integrate Salesforce with Genesys Cloud.\n Enable call-to-case and email-to-case functionality.\n Develop custom APIs supporting Salesforce integration.\n Troubleshoot complex Genesys/Salesforce integration issues.\n Deliver within aggressive project timelines.\n\n
