Project: Genesys Cloud Migration _ Remote - EST

Primary Role: Genesys Cloud Architect / Senior Genesys Cloud Developer

This is a hands-on Genesys Cloud migration and integration role, not a high-level architecture-only position. The consultant needs to gather requirements and design, develop, deploy, document, integrate, and troubleshoot Genesys Cloud voice/contact-center solutions.

The biggest differentiator is the combination of Genesys Cloud + Salesforce integration + CTI + WFM + Analytics.|

Core responsibilities:

• Gather business/technical requirements.
\n
• Design, develop and deploy voice solutions in Genesys Cloud.
\n
• Design/document call flows.
\n
• Integrate Salesforce with Genesys Cloud.
\n
• Enable call-to-case and email-to-case functionality.
\n
• Develop custom APIs supporting Salesforce integration.
\n
• Troubleshoot complex Genesys/Salesforce integration issues.
\n
• Deliver within aggressive project timelines.
