Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise technology, data, SAP, reporting, and business process initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data teams, and leadership to gather requirements, analyze business processes, define solutions, and drive projects through implementation and UAT.

The candidate should have strong experience translating complex technical and operational requirements into actionable business solutions, with hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, data analytics, Power BI, SQL, and enterprise data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business process analysis.
• Develop BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and SOPs.
• Partner with business, engineering, data, finance, and operations teams to identify business requirements and reporting needs.
• Perform gap analysis, root-cause analysis, process mapping, and data analysis.
• Define and maintain KPIs, reporting requirements, and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with technical teams on data pipelines, system integrations, workflow automation, and reporting solutions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA and enterprise data initiatives, including migration, data governance, and master data management.
• Lead UAT activities, including test scenario development, defect tracking, validation, and business sign-off.
• Analyze data using SQL, Excel, Power BI, DAX, and other analytics tools.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and translate business needs into technical deliverables.
• Support Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, release coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and maintain appropriate RAID/action logs.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, governance, and compliance across enterprise systems.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project status to business and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, Product Management, or IT Project Management.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional documentation, and UAT.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP MDG, or related SAP technologies.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills with experience performing data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience developing or supporting Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and enterprise reporting.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
