Job Description

Omnicell Business Analyst

Type: Contract to Hire

Location: Remote with Occasional Travel to New York City

Responsibilities
  • Support the Omnicell implementation process from a business analysis perspective
  • Partner with technical and clinical teams to integrate Omnicell with Epic EMR
  • Analyze, document, and validate interface workflows between Omnicell and connected systems
  • Utilize ServiceNow to track, manage, and resolve tickets and change requests
  • Provide support for other pharmacy and clinical technology solutions during downtime events
  • Gather and translate business and clinical requirements into functional specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure implementation milestones and go-live readiness are met
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project leadership

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Omnicell implementation, either as an end user or a technical resource
  • Working knowledge of Epic EMR integration processes
  • Solid understanding of healthcare system interfaces and how they function
  • Experience working with ServiceNow
  • Ability to support multiple clinical systems, including during downtime scenarios
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation
  • Ability to work onsite in New York occasionally as needed
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
