Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst + Admin
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Long Term Contract
 
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Onshore Salesforce Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into Salesforce and nCino solutions while leveraging Salesforce Administration knowledge to support platform enhancements and adoption.
 
Key Responsibilities & Skill Requirements:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Utilize Salesforce Admin knowledge to configure and support users, roles, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Conduct workshops, process mapping sessions, gap analysis, and solution discussions.
  • Create business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Administrators throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, release validation, and change management activities.
  • Analyze and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nCino business processes.
  • Support data analysis, data quality initiatives, reporting, and business metrics tracking.
  • Understand Salesforce integrations, APIs, security model, and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
 
Preferred Certifications:
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (Preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
