Senior Director – AI Services & Software Product Management

• Report to / work under the guidance of the VP of Product Management & Production.
• Lead AI Services and Software Product Management, driving product strategy and execution across the organization.
• Develop and execute product strategies based on emerging AI and core technology trends.
• Manage product strategy across hardware, device firmware, APIs, security, cloud services, and software applications.
• Define and manage AI-powered products, services, and software platforms from concept through delivery and lifecycle management.
• Build and expand an ecosystem of third-party programs, partners, and technology integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, software, hardware, security, cloud, and business teams to align technology capabilities with product goals.
• Identify emerging technologies and translate them into new product opportunities and business value.
• Own product roadmaps, priorities, requirements, and go-to-market strategy.
• Drive cross-functional execution while balancing customer needs, technology capabilities, security, scalability, and commercial objectives.
• Provide senior-level leadership and strategic direction across AI and software product initiatives.
• Strong background in AI/ML, SaaS/cloud services, APIs, software products, embedded/device technologies, and product management is highly relevant.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and leadership skills required.
