Pay Range:$58.80-$84.00 Per Hr

Description
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a contract position in the Chicago area. 
This role involves leading IT delivery teams in developing digital solutions, requiring expertise in Agile methodologies and project management practices. 
The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence three days a week.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements and integrations.
Manage and optimize workflows using project management tools.
Identify and resolve impediments to ensure continuous delivery of value.
Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in a related field and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
5-7 years of experience leading Agile teams, preferably in financial services.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and software development life-cycle.
Experience with application life-cycle management tools.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills in Agile best practices.
