Compensation:
Pay Range:$52.43-$77.00 Per HR

Description
Lead development sprints in an Agile environment from planning to execution.
Run daily meetings, manage backlog, and facilitate communication among teams.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure project success.
Utilize Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple complex technical initiatives to achieve business goals.
Manage high-complexity development projects and facilitate sprint releases.
Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
Monitor project execution and identify risks and tradeoff decisions.
Ensure teams adhere to Agile practices and improve productivity.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
8 years of experience as a project manager and/or Scrum Master.
5 years of experience with Agile software development projects.
Demonstrated ability to coach Agile Scrum implementation.
Possession of active Scrum Master certification.
