Compensation
Pay Range:$47.53-$70.00 Per Hr

Description
Join our team as a Scrum Master in a dynamic Agile environment located in the Madison, WI area. 
This contract position involves managing development sprints, facilitating communication, and guiding teams through Agile processes. 
Proficiency in project management and Agile methodologies is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Manage project timelines and sprint releases.
Guide team in estimating practices and facilitate team estimates.
Resolve project conflicts and remove roadblocks.
Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent experience with 5 years as a project manager or Scrum Master.
2 years of experience leading sprints and coaching Agile Scrum implementation.
Strong understanding of Agile metrics and Scrum practices.
Proficient in using generic office software for project management.
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team settings.
