Description
Seeking a Lead Scrum Master for a contract position in Chicago, IL. 
This role involves leading agile practices, facilitating ceremonies, and driving cross-team initiatives. 
The candidate should have experience with agile methodologies and tools.
Lead and coach agile practices across teams to enhance business value delivery.
Facilitate and improve agile ceremonies and working sessions.
Coordinate delivery across multiple teams and demonstrate project management skills.
Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners on agile values and practices.
Partner with Product Owners to improve backlog health and prioritization.
Identify and help remove impediments impacting delivery progress.
Support the organization''s evolution toward scaled agile practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead agile delivery practices across teams using various agile methods.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and improve their effectiveness.
Coordinate cross-team initiatives and manage delivery alignment.
Mentor and supervise Scrum Masters and agile teams.
Establish and monitor agile delivery KPIs to drive improvements.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience in agile delivery and related roles.
Relevant agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe preferred.
Experience coaching multiple agile teams and supporting agile adoption.
Experience with agile tools and methodologies.
