The Role

• Take responsibility for on-site damage assessment, quote preparation, budget planning, and project finalization.
• Advise and support clients from architecture, expert services, and claims management sectors.
• Act as a central point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead and manage site managers and project staff through effective communication.
• Ensure timely execution of construction projects through meticulous documentation and oversight.

What You'll Need

• Solid technical construction education or a vocational trade qualification with at least 2 years of relevant practical experience.
• Prior experience in project execution within the damage restoration sector is advantageous.
• An equivalent technical education and relevant experience may be considered for a career change.
• Basic knowledge of German contract law (BGB) and VOB is required; ERP software experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and combined technical and business management skills.
