The Role

• Develop fire protection concepts and technical statements for clients.
• Conduct assessments of existing building conditions for various property types.
• Advise and coordinate with clients, architects, specialist planners, and authorities.
• Provide on-site fire protection consultation and site supervision during construction.
• Deliver fire protection training and instruction programs for businesses.
• Utilize software for fire and evacuation simulations of buildings.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Fire Protection, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Alternatively, relevant practical experience in fire protection or further qualifications as a specialist planner or expert in (preventive) fire protection.
• Familiarity with fire protection guidelines and fire/evacuation simulations is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience in fire service technical operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
• A structured, independent working style with reliability, accuracy, and strong communication skills in German.
