Projektleiter Brandschutz | Düsseldorf, Germany | On-site

This employer is a well-established, medium-sized engineering firm specializing in fire protection and extinguishing system planning. With a nationwide presence and a team of 180 professionals, they are recognized for innovative engineering services in preventive fire protection and technical building equipment for national and international projects. They provide expert consultation and support to private and public clients, as well as investors, on all fire protection matters.

The Role

  • Developing fire protection concepts and technical statements for clients.
  • Conducting condition assessments for various building types.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with clients, architects, specialist planners, and authorities.
  • Providing fire protection consultation during construction and site supervision.
  • Delivering fire protection training and instruction within companies.
  • Utilizing software for fire and evacuation simulations of buildings.

What You'll Need

  • A degree in Fire Protection, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, relevant practical experience in fire protection or further qualifications as a specialist planner or expert for fire protection.
  • Familiarity with fire protection guidelines and fire/evacuation simulations is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience in the fire department technical service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • A structured and independent working style, reliability, accuracy, and strong German communication skills.
