The Role of the Principal Scientist –

MSATIn this role, you will act as a technical lead on complex programmes, supporting the transfer and scale‑up of bioprocesses into GMP manufacture. You’ll combine strong scientific expertise with project delivery, ensuring processes are implemented effectively and meet quality and regulatory expectati

ons.

• need:A degree (or higher) in a scientific or engineering discipline, with strong, recent industry expe
• rienceProven, recent expertise in bioproc essing, including upstream and/or downstream oper
• ationsRecent exposure to process transfer, MSAT, or manufacturing support enviro
• nmentsRecent experience within biologics or advanced therapeutic devel
• opmentExperience working within a GMP envir onment, ideally supporting manufacturing or scale‑up acti
