Senior PeopleSoft Functional Consultant HCM & Payroll//Remote

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams to support, enhance, and optimize PeopleSoft HCM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Core HR, Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor, North American Payroll, Payroll Taxation, and Payroll Processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis, design, and implementation activities within PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll.
• Gather and document business requirements from HR and Payroll stakeholders.
• Configure and support:
  • Core HR
  • Workforce Administration
  • Benefits Administration
  • Time & Labor
  • North American Payroll
• Support payroll processing, payroll validation, reconciliation, and year-end activities.
• Analyze and resolve production support issues.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend system improvements.
• Coordinate UAT activities and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Create functional specifications for technical development teams.
• Support integrations with third-party benefits, timekeeping, and payroll vendors.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft Payroll experience.
• Strong functional expertise in:
  • Core HR
  • Benefits Administration
  • Workforce Administration
  • Time & Labor
  • North American Payroll
• Experience with payroll taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading workshops and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Experience supporting HCM Cloud or payroll transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of ACA (Affordable Care Act) compliance.
• Experience with Payroll Interface and third-party integrations.
• Experience in large enterprise environments.
