Must-Have Skills:

• Experience supporting technology implementations in Agile or Hybrid-Agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of Jira workflows, issue types, fields, statuses, priorities, and dashboards.
• Experience with PMO governance, document control, project reporting, and quality checks of requirements, test cases, defects, and assignments.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups, or geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of project documentation quality standards and PMO processes.
